Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd has been awarded as best Urban Co-op. Bank among the multi-state co-operative banks in Maharashtra. The employees of BCCB needed internal communication software for about 600 employees. Creative Social Intranet helped them serve as a better communication and collaboration, EE and RR tool with a custom feature of Circular module whereby recent circulars from RBI can be visible to each employee on their dashboard, and admin gets detailed report on which employees have duly viewed and or downloaded the circular data to avoid communication lags that were happening earlier.
